picture wont upload

when i wanna add a picture, it shows nothing but a white square

Does this happen with any picture or a specific one? And is it for one uploaded from your device, or a Stock image from the media panel?

Please also share the url of the Express file you were adding the picture to (from the browser's address bar when the file is open).
