Problem with exporting pdf

Explorer ,
Dec 05, 2024 Dec 05, 2024

I have a presentation prepared in Adobe Express with number of pictures. When I am trying to export a pdf file, some of the pictures have very low quality even if they look OK in the browser.
Few weeks ago, the export was good. I have noticed this behaviour just yesterday.
When I export the pdf again and again always different pictures are corrupted. Thus, it is not a problem of certain pictures. It seems to be a problem with the export.

Generally, I am quite unhappy with using Adobe Express. The idea is nice, but the number of technical issues make me upset. I will present in few hours and I am still not sure, whether I will be able to download my work in a reasonable quality.

Hi

@Pavel27445249qgx9

,

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you share the workflow and screenshots of the projects you're experiencing export issues with? If possible, please provide a screen recording, or feel free to share the affected project so we can investigate the issue more effectively.

Also, try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference. You can try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

For more information on how to clear cache and cookies, check this link- https://adobe.ly/3ZGAqFt

Hi @Tarun Saini

thank you for your reply. I am using mostly Chrome on Linux Mint. The same problems I obtained in Windows, with Incognito mode and cleaned cache.

I am sending comparison of screenshots from Adobe Express and resulting pdf.

Regars,

Pavel

Is it possible for you to share the project URL with us via private message and give me edit access?

I see, that even after a month the problems still persist. I am trying to overcome it by exporting the problematic pages (it means all pages where I used photos form Adobe Media) separately and then replace the pages in the original file. This process, however, takes too much time.

Is there any progress with this problem?

Hi

@Pavel27445249qgx9

,

We're sorry for the delay. Thanks for your patience! Our product team is actively looking into this issue, but it’s taking a bit longer than expected to resolve.

We understand how important this is and appreciate your understanding. While we don’t have a fix just yet, we’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more details.

Also, for the specific document you mentioned, the image appears at the correct resolution when you export it a second time. As a workaround, please try exporting again, and the issue should be resolved.

Regards,

Tarun
