Scheduler on [Mobile and Desktop] - Unable to Reschedule Previous Posts

Hello,

As of 5/24/24, I have been unable to duplicate a previous post, edit it, adjust the date or time, or change graphic files. All of those items are greyed out. I'm using a MacBook Pro M1 running Sonoma 14.5 with Safari 17.5. Also, I have tried the latest version of Chrome. I have tried clearing the cookies/cache as well as shutting down and doing a restart of the machine. The same result occurs in both browsers. I have included a screenshot of the posts I'm trying to duplicate. Thank you!

Hi there,

 

I can no longer duplicate "published" posts in Adobe Express scheduler, only "scheduled" posts. I could duplicate all posts before.

 

When trying to duplicate a published post, you click "Duplicate" and the options to do anything are greyed out. When duplicating a scheduled post, all is fine.

Hello @DVous and @Shannon369977413xnw I have merged your posts together as they reporting the same problem.

 

I will also add my own report: I checked and cannot duplicate previously published posts in either Chrome or the Windows app.

Same here. And the really weird thing, that when I create a fresh post without duplication, I cannot schedule. The only option is to save to draft. But then I duplicate the previously created fresh post, and I can schedule that...

Hi, I go to duplicate a post that is already published and it will not let me edit it. It doesn't allow me to change the date and time or the text box. Nor does it let me hit save as draft.
