Hey @all34567934ypy2,

Welcome to the Adobe Express Community!

Please inform us about the browser you're using to access Adobe Express. Make sure to use the recommended browsers, enable hardware acceleration, and ensure that JavaScript is enabled.

I'd recommend you check system requirements here: https://helpx.adobe.com/express/system-requirements.html and let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Amitej

Hey, all34567934ypy2
I totally understand your frustration! I’ve faced a similar issue myself with Adobe Express, and I found a few steps that worked for me when I ran into this “system isn’t supported” error, even though my system met all the requirements.
1-Check for Windows Updates: Sometimes the error is related to an outdated version of Windows. I was able to fix it by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and making sure I had the latest updates installed. Even if your version of Windows seems recent, a small update might solve the problem.

2-Browser Compatibility: Another trick that worked for me was switching the browser. Adobe Express is optimized for specific browsers. I had the issue in Chrome, but it worked fine in Firefox. Make sure your browser is up-to-date, or try using a different one to see if that helps.

3-Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, the issue can be related to stored data. I cleared my browser cache and cookies, and this helped me to access the site without the error. In Chrome, you can do this by going to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.

4-Check System Requirements Again: I know you’ve already checked the system requirements, but sometimes specific configurations can still cause issues. I checked Adobe’s minimum system requirements for Adobe Express, and made sure everything matched exactly (sometimes minor details can cause conflicts). You can check those on Adobe's official support page as well.

5-Graphics Driver Update: If you’re getting a graphical error, it might be related to your graphics drivers. I updated my drivers, and that helped Adobe Express run more smoothly. You can do this from Device Manager or use Windows Update for drivers.

Also, it’s worth noting that Adobe Express runs best on systems with at least 8GB of RAM and modern processors. In my case, I had 8GB RAM and an Intel i5, and once I updated all the drivers and ensured I had the latest version of Windows, the error went away.
If you’re trying to get the most out of your system for running Adobe Express or similar applications, it's important to have a clear understanding of how your PC's performance and your budget align. For budget calculation I personally use online salary calculation tools.

Best regards

Fiona
