Are these templates the presets available in the Adobe Express app or the templates that you've made or are shared with you? Can you please share a screen recording of the workflow with this error message popping up for us to check on this? Also, I'd recommend you try once after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser or working on a different one to see if that makes any difference.

 

Please share your observations for us to check on this.
