Unable to upload a video to Adobe Express Scheduler

Community Beginner ,
Sep 16, 2025 Sep 16, 2025

Hi!

Since Friday, September 12th, I've noticed that it's not possible to upload a video file when trying to schedule a post in the Adobe Express scheduling tool.

I've opened and closed the website, cleared the cache, and refreshed the page, but none of this works.

I've attached a screenshot of the error, as well as the errors I see in the browser console.

I'm using the web app on a Mac, in the Chrome browser.

Thanks,

Regards,

Hi @Tarun Saini !

I have resolved the issue.

The videos I uploaded from my computer were in the Drive folder I have installed on my computer, and my Drive session had expired...

Once I restored the session, I was able to upload the video without any problems.

Thank you so much for your help, and I'm sorry for bothering you with this.

Hi @Tarun Saini ! Thanks to reply 🙂

Unfortunately, the error persists after following the steps suggested in the video.

The error occurs even without selecting a social network to post on. So it doesn't depend on the social network I'm using to create the draft.

I've noticed that it does allow me to upload videos I've previously uploaded for other posts, but when I select a video I've never uploaded before, I get the aforementioned error 😞

Thanks,

Hi @Tarun Saini ,

Screen recording: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Th3ajJcIux6PFN-_xo6wSLtgVeLqhNV3/view?usp=sharing

In the recording, you'll see three videos listed. The first one was already published in a previous post, and as you can see, it lets me upload it. The second and third have never been published, and as you can see, it won't let me upload them.

You'll also see that no social network is selected, and that even if I select one, the error persists even after following the steps recommended above.

Thanks!
