I'm working with a video editor in Adobe Express on a project. I write up comments in the window and hit submit, and absoultely nothing happens. The comments disappear and the editor never gets the note.
Thank you for sharing this with us, we're sorry to hear about that.
We used the video editor and could submit a comment. What kind of video are you trying to edit? Is it a template? Did you see an error message? Have you tried to add a comment using other browsers? What happens if you refresh that page or close it to open a new one after clearing the caches and cookies? You may try to use the private mode. Please specify the device, the browser you are using, and the version of the operating system. Is there a way to share a screenshot of the video, so we can see what you're experiencing?
We're here to help and looking forward to hearing from you.

@Winnie_M@Hanniep27 I believe I am also having this issue. The comment area does not let me type anything into it and the submit button does nothing when I click it. I've noticed that the this bug only happens after I've played the video. If I don't interact with the video, I am able to submit comments. When it does bug out, I am able to submit comments again after I refresh the page (and then don't interact with the video). I am on windows 10, and I've seen this behavior in both chrome and edge browsers.
