So when i publish a webpage using Express, the link works fine for a little while and it can be viewed by others but as a few minutes pass the link just goes to a 404 and the same page can't be found anymore? What's going on?
I created a webpage using Adobe Express in September. Now, when I click on the link, it says that the page cannot be found. It is also no longer in my library for projects. Here is the link: https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/PkidKDTw31fJx
I have had this webpage created for almost a year now and I have been using the same URL for sharing, etc. And now it says page not found, have even tried unpublishing and republishing, which didnt solve it.
So I've created a webpage in express and when I publish it works for a little while then the link just goes 404? Why is it doing this? This app is literally un-usable. https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/jfb8r9EzwmvKH
Sorry to hear about your difficulties. How long did it take before it happened on your side? Are you the only one with rights to the project? Can you provide an example webpage that this happened with? You can send me a private message here through the forums too if you don't want to post it here publicly.
Não consigo utilizar mais o aplicativo! Estava perfeito! Depois das últimas atualizações ficou inutilizável! Trava, reinicia e aparece o erro 404! Impossível criar nessa plataforma!
It seems to be working fine for me. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
ive experienced this before, it happens if you keep publishing updates. the link will eventually work after you stop updating the source webpage. Its a def bug as it should always still show the previous version regardless of being edited or republishing.
I created a website today and published with no restrictions. It worked once and is now returning either a 404 error or asking the person who clicks on the link to sign in. I am copying the publishing link, so I know it is the correct one.
