Adobe express keeps having connection issue

Hello community, can you tell me how to fix Adobe Express connection issue. I'm not sure why it is suddenly having more and more problems like this over the last week I've started using it. I have a premium membership but I'm using the free adobe express. Do I have to switch over or something? I cannot see any switches. I tried quitting and starting again but makes no difference.

Adobe might be updating something.

I occassionally get "You are Offline" message on the screen.
This occassionally happens.

Cheers,
O.Nate

Hi @Awesome_uniqueness98A4  and @cherryss47721624, sorry for any frustration caused.

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, whether you’re using Wi-Fi or mobile data. Try switching between networks to see if that resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. This can help resolve any corrupted files or settings.

Although you mentioned having a premium membership, ensure that your account is properly linked to your subscription. You can check this in your Adobe account settings.

Let me know if any of these steps help or if you need further assistance! Thanks ^CA
