Hi @祥29237752o5x5 and @nicholasfactor, please first make sure you are not restricted by any of these conditions:

• You must be 18 years old.
• Adobe services and products cannot be used in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, or the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics.
• Firefly is also not available in Russia, Belarus, and China.
• Make sure you are accessing Firefly from a desktop browser for best results.
• Firefly may not work using a VPN or firewall. 
• If one browser isn't working, try another one (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave).

If you are still having trouble accessing Firefly at https://firefly.adobe.com, please let us know.
