Objet : Problème d'accès à l'API Firefly malgré abonnement Firefly Pro+ et Creative Cloud

Bonjour,

Je rencontre actuellement un problème d'accès à l'API Adobe Firefly. Lorsque j'essaie d'accéder à l'API, je reçois le message suivant : You don't have access. Your organization doesn’t have access to this feature. Please contact your admin. If you think this is an error, please contact customer support. 

Pourtant, je dispose d'un abonnement actif à Firefly Pro+ ainsi qu'à l'ensemble des outils Creative Cloud. Je devrais donc avoir accès à l'API Firefly sans restriction.

Pourriez-vous vérifier pourquoi mon compte ne me permet pas d'accéder à cette fonctionnalité et résoudre ce problème rapidement ? Je vous remercie par avance de votre réactivité.

Bonjour @le_6541,

Are you on an enterprise plan or individual plan. The Firefly API requires an enterprise plan, and then your local Adobe administrator has to provision access to your account. If you are not on an enterprise plan, this API is not available.

I have indeed an enterprise plan named GIS Senegal, i'm the system administrator and still cannot acces to the api

@le_6541 Firefly API is a cost addition to your Enterprise ETLA agreement. Have your Admin contact your Adobe Rep to discuss costs and adding it to your account.
