After effects crashes when pressing Alt tab

I'm using a translator to write this because my English isn't good, so I apologize in advance.

The issue is that I've been struggling with this for two weeks now. My After Effects crashes when I press Alt+Tab. The crash happens like this: my mouse freezes, the screen goes black, and then the video card driver resets.

I've already tried updating my drivers. I installed the studio driver, tried other ones, older ones, stable versions—nothing helped.

I thought my graphics card might be faulty, so I borrowed a different one from a friend. The exact same thing happened.

I've even tried reinstalling Windows three times, but the crashes come back after 2-3 days. I've also tried different versions of After Effects and swapped out my plugins. Still, after 2-3 days, the crashes start again.

Honestly, I'm not sure if anyone here can help me, but I thought it was worth a shot.

I've been using AE for 2-3 years before this without any problems.
