HUGE RAM USAGE

Hi everyone, in the latest versions of AE 2023 and 2024 I noticed a lot of RAM usage and I can't play even simple projects. Are any of you experiencing the same problem?
I have two macs: MBP14 M1 Max, 32 RAM and iMac27 i9, 64RAM

Can you install the latest version of After Effects and see if the issue persists?
