Ошибка при работе с программой

Здравствуйте. Не могу исправить ошибку при работе с программой. Вылезает окошко с надписью
After Effects warning.Unable to read image file.
Если работаю в английской версии, то эта надпись на английском, если в русской, то на русском.

What kind of image file are you trying to bring in? Is it possible to convert it to Photoshop or Illustrator before importing?

Does it happen when you try to import anything or it appears randomly?
What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?

Hello, I have exactly the same problem. Please reply if you have found a solution to this problem.
My system settings:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70GHz
RAM: 16.0 GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro 19042.1415
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
But I don't think that the system parameters will help to solve this problem, 
because just yesterday I encountered this problem on a completely different PC. 
I tried installing different versions of the programs, it does not help.
I think this information will help: All computers on which I encountered this problem belong to the 
Computer Club where I currently rent a PC. 
It seems to me that remote desktop is used here or something like that.
