プレビュー画面が真っ暗で何も表示されない

昨日から新しいPCでafter effectsを使い始めたところ下記の写真のようにプレビュー画面がずっと真っ暗で作業ができずに困っています。

 

テキストやレイヤーを作成してみても真っ暗のままで、ネット上見つけた対処法を実施してみても解決できていない状況です。

 

対処法がわかる方いらっしゃいましたら教えていただきたいです。

Thank you @70852908310759fe! What driver version is being used for the Radeon R7 250? Is it the latest?

Thank you for reporting this issue. Would you be able to share the system specs like OS version, RAM, and GPU? A black screen as you've described is usually related to GPU drivers or possibly confusion between an integrated GPU on the motherboard and a discrete GPU.
