Hi,
Adobe CC 2017 works with 1080ti without problem so far. I am not sure about it fully works or not. I am sure you need to edit the text file of the graphic card list if you use Adobe CS6. 1080ti may cause some problems with CS6 because 1080ti did not exist when CS6 was released. Not tested.

The ability of CS6 applications to utilise GPU functions is substantially more limited than in more recent CC versions.
The newer card should handle whatever CS6 throws at it with ease.

I can only offer advice on the text file, not whether the card will work, but I'm sure it will.
Don't edit the text file, just delete it. The text file is a white list, meaning that everything other than what's on it will work. If you get rid of the file then all cards with at least 1 GB of VRAM should work.
