Is it possible to add an expression in the path points?

After Effects now allows expression access to path point, so yes, you can do this! There's a native ScriptUI panel in the Window menu called "Create Nulls from Paths.jsx"

Run this panel and you'll get three options. One of those will allow you to create Nulls that follow your path points and the other will do the opposite—create Nulls that the path points will follow! You can then add expressions to these nulls, which will then control your path points.
