Adding shadow to text with 3D Camera tracker effect

I am wanting to add a drop shadow to some text that has 3D Camera Tracker applied to it. I originally was creating another layer with the text then distorting and adding gaussian blur to give shadow effect however I can't apply the 3d camera tracker effect because it doesn't pick up the angle that I want the shadow to sit on resulting in the shadow moving though the scene when the camera zooms in on the shot.

I know that you can add a drop shadow to the text itself as an effect however it doesn't look like you can distort the angle of the drop shadow to look like its laying flat on the ground.

You don't have to create another layer to make a shadow. You can cast shadows from your 3D text. Here's a tutorial that should help: https://adobe.ly/4kKftBZ

Let us know if there are any other questions.
