Adjusting Speed of AE Templates

Community Beginner ,
Dec 01, 2017 Dec 01, 2017

Blade Speed Question.jpgHi All,

I am not a big user of AE and still getting my feet wet working with template projects.

I have an AE template called Blade 5 and I like the style that the text comes in with but it is far to fast.

How would I slow the whole thing down?

I am not clear on how these layers work on this template?

Any recomended tutorials on working with templates?

Thank You in advance.

Richard

You could try pressing UU to see if the position is keyframed but templates are usually tangles of expressions. Precomping the whole thing and time remapping may be easier for a beginner.

To be clear the UU would show keyframes on 2. Moving Layer I presume. But with it being a locked layer I'm not hopeful.

Hi Richard,

How did you end up solving this issue with your template?

Thanks,
Kevin
