Adobe After Effects - Ошибка запуска

Добрый день! Я установил демо  - версию Adobe After Effects на свой компьютер. После запуска, на этапе попытки программой "Инициализировать Mediacore"

программа закрывается, но при этом остается в реестре запущенных программ в диспетчере задач.

Попытки решения проблемы были таковыми:

1) В интернете прочел информацию про Visual c++, что возможно удаление и переустановка поможет, все это я сделал, но проблема не решилась.

2) Отключал антивирус и брандамуэр.

3) Системные требования у меня достаточны для того, чтобы тянуть данную программу. В интернете писали, что возможны конфликты с видеокартами AMD, но у меня Geforce потому я этот вариант отсеял.

Ребята, если у кого была такая проблема или возможно есть видимые причины для того, чтобы решить проблему запуска и наконец ее запустить. Буду благодарен любым подсказкам. Спасибо)

Which GPU is installed on your computer?

Can you try if you're able to launch After Effects in safe mode?

I have same problem with After Effects launching - problem appears on Media Core initialization.

Same problem with Premiere Pro

(apparently, the Premiere Rush launches OK).

The problem is already in about a week or two (seems after the last AE upgrade) - after 10 jan 2019

System: intel i7-770

GPU: MSI 1080 TI armor. (tried to re-install drivers to resolve pb - no way)

I sent crash report to AE support team, with back contacts, but did not got response yet.

*I suppose that the problem can be caused by Russian gov fighting against Telegram, blocking millions of amazon, google and others servers IPs. (as known, last week they blocked Ariston ip heaters)

(but I have to use competitors software as temporary solution for my tasks )

Hi andreyk,

Sorry to hear that you're facing a similar issue.

The crash reports are checked by the After Effects team for sure. It's not necessary that they would respond to every crash report. However, they do reach out to users, whenever required.

Can you also try using safe mode and see if it helps?

Yes, I tried to reboot in safe mode and start AE. (Both, Safe Mode + network, and w/o network (minimal))

Unfortunately, it did not help, the situation is the same always - crushing while Initiation MediaCore.

Do you have any third-party plugins for Premiere Pro or After Effects? If yes, go to the following location and move all the plugins to your desktop:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore

No. I don't have any 3rd party plugins.

And, I re-installed AE once the problem appeared, so, it's clean.

the folder C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore had only 1 'dummy.txt' file.
