Good morning friends. I'm trying to start my After Effects but it just keeps loading and doesn't start, can anyone tell me what it can be?

Just by looking at your screenshot and the oversized icons and icon labels it's easy to conclude that your system may not satisfy the system requirements. the screen resolution looks way too low and by extension it's easy to assume that this is a weak notebook with not enough juice in the GPU department, thaugh the Maya install may contradict this. Either way, you will at least have to check your graphics driver and screen settings and update the driver if necessary.

Thanks for sharing the details, Geancarlo5FAF.

I couldn't see if there's an dedicated GPU. Is there? If so, make sure its driver is updated to the latest. Also, try the solutions mentioned here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-fix-common-after-effects-crashes/td-p/106841...

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Nishu
