AE 2020 stopped importing PS layered files as composition !! Is it true?

AE 2020 stopped importing PS layered files as composition

while importing in AE, photoshop layer files as composition, it doesn't works...

Suppport says, AE 2020 stopped that feature.

Is it for real?

I'm not sure who you spoke with, but layered PSD files still import just fine in AE 2020. 

How are you importing them? You should be getting the dialogue pop-up regardless, but if you're dragging multiple layered files in at once, there is a setting under Preferences > Import that can set the desired behavior there.

Additionally, if you have a layered file that's been imported as Footage, you can right-click on it, and choose Replace Footage > With Layered Comp.

I can provide you the ADOBE CASE ID. I spoke to them for 3 days regarding this. I can provide the names too.

I'm using PS & AE combi since CC2014... Normal process works fine in AE2019 on same MAC,

but somehow its not working in my AE2020.

You can mark in the last line, he/she said, you can still import PSD as footage in AE... Premiere can import layers, Autodesk smoke (softwares I frequently use) can import PSD layers.. bt, why he/she asked me to import as footage?... I don't knw, why sud I import PSD as footage, whr I was suppose to import as a comp.

What kind of fly-by-night help service did you use?  That doesn't look like Adobe!

When you take Adobe's official remote support, they uses BOMGER application.They uses your PC/MAC to sort the issues out.
Its really helpful. But something happened this time. The attached is the screen shot of that support conversation on BOMGER application (this kind of support is for the paid licences only).
