AE and ME Render Queue

Community Beginner ,
Jun 27, 2021 Jun 27, 2021

Hi Folks.  I am having a major issue rendering to ME.  If I click render to queue and then click on render to AME, the files will appear in ME.  HOWEVER, the render fails every time.  If I click on import or composition, they do not load to ME.  I did everything possible including purging the cache.

I spoke to TWO tech supports in the CHAT.  They don't have a clue of what their doing and wasted my time.  I had one rep tell me if I upgrade the software, the files from the previous software version will not render.  SERIOUSLY????????

Impossible to know anything. You have not offered any info about your system, the program versions, contents of the compositions, footage used, render settings and so on. Sorry, but merely stating that it doesn't work is not in any way useful.

Hi Lisa,

Sorry for the poor experience.

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS) and the exact version of After Effects and Media Encoder you're using: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-find-the-exact-version-of-after-effects-you-...

Does it happen to all the projects? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried already?

We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Nishu
