AE2019 wonderfully crashes constantly

My hats off to Adobe for creating such a wonderful upgrade that continues to crash... going back to 2018. Glad I am paying for a monthly service for software that is not tested before rolled out. Rant over....

try to post your crash report so you can get better help here, the latest update of AE work well without any issue.

Which version of AE are you using? Is it crashing right as you start up? If so, try removing/renaming the workspaces folders

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\After Effects\[version]\ModifiedWorkspaces

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\After Effects\[version]\OriginalUserWorkspaces

• Does the application crash while doing something specific?
• As @OussK suggested, please share the crash log. We'll need that to find the reason behind the crash. FAQ: How to find After Effects crash logs on your computer?
• Did you test the issue with a new project?
