so I have a question, when I have several videos (the videos have different lengths) in After Effect and I applied to one of the videos an effect with keyframes, is there any way that I can just copy the effect and paste it to another video and the key frames adjust automatically?
No. Any such trickery will require the use of scripts and/ or having the adpatation built into the presets as expressions on the properties themselves or more generalized on the time-remapping property.
