Hey everyone,

For 3 days now, After Effects started randomly crashing, doing the most simple things. I don't have the same problem with other Adobe products (I'm using Photoshop and Ilustrator everyday). I upgraded the drivers, scanned the memory trough memory diagnostic and other program ( i can't recall the name anymore) and nothing wrong came out. Cleaned the cache, boosted the performance trough Auslogics and everything i could find on other forums. Still crashing. I suspect my RAM hardware may be teh problem, but it doesn't seem to affect any other activity on the pc.

I leave here the dmp file, i really don't know how to read it: https://we.tl/t-E0VtrO27Kz

I'd be thankfull if someone could help me, thanks!

Sorry to hear about the crash. Does it happen with a particular project or all the projects? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Are there any third-party plug-ins installed? Try the troubleshooting steps in the following article: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/how-to-troubleshoot-startup-issues-in-after...

Let us know how it goes. Moving this thread from Bugs to Discussions for troubleshooting.

Thanks,

Nishu
