after effects 2024 crash on startup

My after effects 2024(also on 2023) crash on startup.

I try reset preferences, and delete AppData's ae folder are not works.

It can only startup on safe mode.

The same issues on Media Encoder/au 2023 & 2024.

Please check the screencap for the pc's spec and those app crash report.

This laptop can run AE 2022 smooth but it just removed on last update and cannot download anymore..

If can't fix those issues, please can someone give me the installer for 2022 version?

Please upgrade your copy of Trend Micro's anti-virus software. There is a known issue with a few versions of their product that will cause newer Adobe products to crash. I can see in the call stack from the crash (thank you for attaching that) that tmmon is the cause of the crash, which is the Trend Micro software.

After content admin, they check the Trend Micro and setup a new rules for AE, premiere and Media encoder. Now it works.
