After Effects 24.0 crashes at launch

After I updated After Effects 2024, it did not open. I researched and followed the steps to give read and write permissions for the folders below, but it didn't work. 

• /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore
• /Users/[Username]/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/[Version]

I also deleted and reinstalled it, but it didn't work either. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Can you change the folder permissions one more time and see if that fixes the issue?
