After Effects CC 2019 Error 37-111

Can someone teach me how to solve this problem? I am trying to play and render my video but I am getting this error:

After Effects error. Internal verification failure. Sorry! {BadSubRec in ShrinkToSubRec} 37::111.

Are you using any third party effects in your comp or any kind of effect in your comp?

Sorry for your issue! 

Are you working on a video that you imported to After Effects or have you created something from scratch in After Effects? If you imported a video file, would you mind providing more details about the file? What's the frame-rate of the video file?

I'd also check if this happens in all my projects.
