I can't see the clone stamp tool when it clicked even the brush and the eraser tools
??
The paint, clone, and Rotobrush tools only work in the Layer Panel. Instead of just poking around in the UI check the User Guide or spend some time with the basics: Learn AE. There is a Paint, Clone and Rotobrush section about halfway down the page.
Do yourself a favor and start by picking the Paint workspace so your tools are visible and both the Comp and Layer panels are ready to use.

I have no idea what you're trying to say here. Withoput a better explanation and the necessary technical information about your system, your composition, which layer you are working on and so on nobody can realyl tell you much.

This is how it is supposed to work. The clone stamp icon is a circle over the layer panel. You can hold down Command on Mac or Control on Windows and you left mouse button and then drag to re-size the brush size. Hold down alt on Windows or Option on Mac to select the area that you would like to clone stamp and then move your mouse to the area where you would like it stamped and hold down your left mouse button and drag to clone.
