AFTER EFFECTS CLOSE BY THEMSELVES WHEN USING PLUGIN EFFECTS

When I insert a video or image into the project I just created, and add effects like CC, Zoom, Shake, and others, After Effects simply closes without leaving any message on the screen.

I'm not sure if these are faulty plugins because I've had them for a while, and it happens with almost all plugins.

Help me if you can.

Have you tried resetting After Effects preferences?
