After Effects composition no showing

So since today for the first ever since using AE for years, my compositions was not showing anything except for the outlines of my layers and I couldn't play my preview. I tried emptying my caches, restarting computer, everything, and nothing worked. For some reason this is only happening to my project that I was working on yesterday, when I open any other project its fine. its just this one that's giving me issues. When I open this project and try to close after effects or even open a new project the whole program freezes and I have to force quit, this doesn't happen when I open older projects. 

Is there a solution for this? I have a deadline in a couple days and I need to finish my project. the only solution I can think of is uninstalling AE 2020 and get 2021

I also tried staring a new project and importing my old file but that didn't work either

It looks like the solution was uninstalling AE 2020 and downloading AE 2022, not sure why but it worked!
