after effects could not convert unicode characters audio file

I have an audio file and I can't bring it to Adobe Audition to edit, can anyone help me find the error? Thanks

The audio file still works and works normally if I work directly on Au but I want to have a direct link between the 2 software Ae and Au without going through other small steps

What's the version of After Effects and Audition you're using? Are they updated? Also, check if it's happening with a particular mp3 file. I just tried the workflow, and it's working without any issues.

I changed the original name of the audio file to "0123" and tried again but it still didn't work

Hi @haip37757893,

Thank you for reporting this issue. What is the name of the file you are opening in Audition? The error indicates it may contain unsupported Unicode characters, either in the filename or the path to the file.
