What's the make and model of the GPU that you're using? Make sure to install the latest driver for your GPU. If you're using an Nvidia GPU, install the latest Studio driver. If the driver is already updated, go for its clean install.

Please upgrade or remove your installation of Trend Micro anti-virus/malware. There are versions that are incompatible with the Adobe suite and will cause AE/AME on startup. I can see in your crash files this is the cause of your crash.
