After Effects crashes while using Puppet Pin tool

I have this problem with After Effect

How it can be solved

Hi 

It seems your puppet pin tool is suddenly doing an autotrace for some reason

Delete yoyr preference file and see what happens

Let us know what happens after you try this

Nothing happens when I press the buttons while the program is running !!

As Mo_Moolla recomended: Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift while application (AE) is starting - tot while is running.

Yeah, When I press to start the program I also press the buttons But Nothing happens

Sorry to hear that. I checked the video recording and I can see that After Effects crashes while using Puppet Position Pin tool. 

• Which version of After Effects are you using?
• As @Mo_Moolla suggested, please try resetting the preferences. You need to press the keys before you start the application and hold it till you get the dialogue box. It should work.
• Have you tested the issue with a new project with different assets?

I'am using After Effects CC 2019 Version 16.0.0(Build 235)
I have tried with many projects
The same problem every time

iam use tool from microsoft it's name TotalSystemCare that Problem solved

Hi! total system care is not working for me.
is there any other way?
I also already installed lower version of After Effects but it still crashes when I'm using Puppet pin tool.

It says autotracing and it will crash after 😞
