after effects crashes with blur

Every time I am trying to add blur after effects crash, the scene is a very simple one with almost 7 layers, I did update my GPU card driver and still crashing 

I am working on windows 10 (64 bit )

CPU i7 4790k 4 GHz

Ram 32 GB

GPU GTX 750 Ti

Try to disable GPU acceleration.

Motion blur is now GPU supported, maybe the card is to weak for that.

IT'S started to crash every single move even i try to move from a composition to another

and sometimes it's crashed when it's loading

Sorry for the trouble. Are you having this issue with a particular project or all of them?
Does After Effects crash while applying the blur on After Effects layers (Solid, Adjustment etc.) or only when you apply blur on video/image file? If that is the case then please share the media details (frame rate, frame size, codec and format)

actually it's start to crashing every time i trying to open it , and it it's opened i crashes if i try to move any layer or even moving from a composition to another

If AE crashed while you just open a comp, let's focus on GPU drivers. Install the studio driver and if this isn't working, the game ready driver.

There is no studio driver for my card, but it was working good before 2019
