after effects don't open

i dont know what it is because i didnt download some plugins or something like this. i checked 4 times my drive but there are no recurring effects. i restarted and downloaded the program again, but it still doesn't working. please help

Intenta desinstalando After Effects pero con la Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool para que haga una desinstalación más profunda, luego reinstalas todo de nuevo.
