After Effects Error - internal verification failure, sorry! {no current context}

everytime i try to preview the render, i get this pop up. I noticed people who had this issue were using team project but im not. I  tried restarting and deleting cache but to no avail. I'm using the latest ver. of AE and AI. please help.

Sorry for your issue. Please share the following details:

• What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
• Does it happen with all the projects? Does it happen in a new project as well?
• Are there any third-party plug-ins installed?

Hello, I am having the same problem. 

It happens with only one of my projects, in which I am using ai. files for animation. 

Almost anytime I try to preview a render in the projects, it crashes with this message. 

At first it plays well and at some point it just crashes with this message. And after that, I can't preview the render, because the message pops up again. I have to restart AE, than it words fine I can even preview the render for a bit, but then it crashes again and I restart again.. 😕
