After Effects - Error script

Hello everyone! I have a problem with After Effects, when I want to import a file I get this screen: I can't run the script on line 0. After Effects - Error: Unable to execute a script while a mandatory dialog box is waiting for an answer. Thanks!

Impossible to know since you haven't told us what kind of file you are actually trying to import, where the files are stored and so on. Usually these errors are caused by unusual file names/ folder paths or, which of course also could be at play, blocked file format plug-ins. So as a start run AE as administrator and/ or reinstall it with sufficient user privileges to see if it fixes the issue. Same for permissions on your preferences, cache folder and so on. For anything beyond that, more specific info is required.

    Hi! Thank you for answering. This happens to me every time I try to import an image, audio or video into AE. I state that all this started after installing a Motion Factory plug-in for free. I followed your advice by starting the program as an administrator, it doesn't bother me. I closed and opened usually, the same thing no problem.
