Still having the same problem from my first post-

[I did not have this problem before, it only started happening a couple weeks ago, though I ignored the problem for a while until now. Before, I could just make a 30 fps comp, add my clip, normal - nothing would happen. But now, whenever I make a 30 fps comp, add ANY old clip , it speeds it up. The only thing I found working for myself to stop this is just to make the comp 60 fps, which I have done for a while - but it's making my files way larger than they need to be, so I want to go back to making comps in 30 fps. Any solutions?]

But I do have some extra information since my last post - which I hope will be helpful:

I was recently looking through some old projects, and found one from a while ago (I needed to convert the file to open it) I had made this in 30 fps and back then it played fine. But I opened it up and it was still sped up - has this problem got anything to do with the version of AE I've got right now? If not, does anyone know what the issue is and what I could do? All suggestions appreciated - many thanks.

My hunch - the playback speed in your Preview Panel is set incorrectly.

Any chance this Frame Rate dropdown is set to 60 fps?
