After Effects Keeps Crashing On Start Up

I updated to the latest version this AM and it keeps crashing on startup. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the program and restarted my computer more times than I can count. Anyone experiencing the same issue? If so, what did you do to fix it?

1. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
2. Do you get any error message or crash report?
3. What's the last loading module on the splash screen?
