after effects motion tracking dosent work

i cannot get after effects motion tracking to work. every time i click apply my preview freezes. It show that it is playing and i can hear sounds but my preview is frozen to the frame i hit apply.

That footage is unsuitable for Motion tracking with the AE Track Motion tool or Mocha AE. You need fixed details. The footage is a fluid simulation with nothing to track.

What are you trying to accomplish?

In that video i was just showing what happens to every video i try to motion track. It just freezes.
