There are no specific effects to that end in AE and with that being the case your face tracking in mocha is more or less of very limited use. You can copy & paste some data over to AE manually step by step, but that's about it. You still have to put up with quirky effects like Mesh Warp, Reshape, Bezier Warp, Puppet tool and other distortion stuff, use AE's internal face tracking and the old built-in 2D tracker and so on. Point in case: It's not impossible, but more work than you may think. There simply is no straightforward way to transfer the data. That would require you to use the plug-ins that BorisFX sell with mochaPro which are tailored for this task.

So, you've tracked your face.  That gives you a stabilised head shot.  Now you need to apply this like you would any image to a tracked surface.  You're going to be limited really to 2D tracking, but provided that's ok, then you now need to track the character's head.  Face Tracking or Mask Tracking would give you a masked outline and the positiion, scale and rotation.   You can apply this data to your head shot and with a lot of feathering and tweaking, you should be able to get your head onto the character.
