After Effects Opening Crash

Hello,

I got a seriously bad issue...
Since today AE crash everytime i want to run it.

I've send a crash report but i guess its a bit useless...
Please HELP ! Im on a project...

Can you give any more info than "crashes every time I want to run it."? is there an error message you're getting? what happens just before the crash? which version of after effects are you using? what kind of computer are you on?

Happens to me more frequently recently as well. Resetting the preferences is my solution, BUT:

- you will lose the app preferences - they will be reset to factory settings

- if you are using commercial scripts, you will need to reenter all your licenses

- you will lose the preferences of those scripts

- you will lose your custom and modified workspaces

So, if you got many commercial scripts, work at a studio and/or do not have those licenses at hand right away, you might get in trouble.

Licenses have to be entered, when you start a script. If you don't need to use them right away, you can reenter the licenses later.

Decide for your self, at your own risk, as the last solution.

This is exactly what happened ILJI....preferences issues...and exactly what happened next : no more scripts allowed...
I'd to reset all as well as scripts in Roaming folder and panel presets.

Boring issue to be honest due to "unstable" scriptsUI such as - and im sorry for them - Mister Horse and AEmpeg team encoders.
