I imported PSD file into AE as a composition. When I try to use that comp in Premiere, After Effects freezes and after some time I get bunch of "Out of memory" errors like this one
Importing PSD just into AE and just into PR works fine. Only when I try to use AE comp with PSD layers in Premiere it freezes and starts throwing a bunch of errors.
PSD file is ~1gb, 1920x1080 and honestly nothing too crazy.

Out of Memory errors usually mean just that.
How much RAM does your system have?
What happens if you go to a low Comp Resolutoin like Quarter or an even lower custom Comp Resolution like 10x10 or 20x20? Of course, 20x20 isn't really functional.

What are the pixel dimensions of the PSD? I often see people using a 20 or 30 MB image in an HD comp and that can easily kill the project. What effects have been applied to the layers? What are your memory assignments? What else is running? Do you have anti-virus apps installed and running? Everything that I mentioned can cause problems with rendering and/or Dynamic Link.

Pixel dimensions are 1920x1080 as I already stated. I even flattened the PSD to just 3 layers, each is also 1920x1080 and the overall PSD filesize was ~120mb.
There is also no effects added. Composition is clean comp that is created from importing PSD file into AE.
This started happening now with cc2020 update. I even tested this on my home PC and the same thing is happening. At work we use even larger PSD files and there was never a problem with importing comps into Premiere. It might run slow but it didn't cause any "out of memory" errors.
In addition, every time I close After Effects I also get a "string memory leak" error

A string memory leak is usually caused by a 3rd party plugin.

Can you be more specific? What do you mean by swap file?

I mean the swap file in the operating system itself, and not in the program settings, you can configure the swap file in automatic mode so that the operating system decides how much and when to provide space ... I solved this problem only this way
