Hello. As the title states, my rendered video is glitchy, and I tried everything.
The only thing I used is Lens Flare. The first time I thought it was a normal error, so I rendered it a second time and.. the same thing. Glitchy video. Green stripes, weird things, shaking screen, etc.
Imported the After Effects project to Adobe Media Encoder, but it was useless. The video is still glitchy.
If anyone could help me fix this problem, I'll be very thankful. I can provide any information you need.
Thank you

It would be much helpfull if YT link that you provided was still there for us to see, and if you could provide some more info about your composition. You say there is only a lens flare, but:
- is this a built in lens flare effect or is this a third party plugin (if Yes - which one)
- you say you used only a lens flare but on what? Is that lens flare on plain solid or it is on a still graphic or maby it is on a video file. If any of last two - tell us what codec/format they are
- and what manipulation/ movements you are doing with that lens flare - is just sit there or maby you have some keyframes, or maby you run your lens flare with some expressions
Without any aditional info and without seing your rendered file - ther is not to much to say.

Hello,
-It's the built in lens flare effect
-The lens flare is on the video itself, I just searched ''lens flare'' in the effects search, and dragged it to the video.
-I do have some keyframes with lens flare, I think it is called lens flare center

Ok so my advice would be - and remember I did not see how that glitch look like because you removed your video - to take your video file (I'm guessing it is mp4) put it to adobe media encoder or any other decent file converter and convert your mp4 to some good intermediate codec like mov/animation, cineform or prores and use that file instead of your mp4 files.
