Hello, I have a 3D model of an iPhone in After Effects and want to insert a video in the iPhone screen but the phone is rotating in a loop motion how can I make the video follow the phone? Especially when it's rotating

The best option would be to add the video as a texture to the phone screen in a 3D app. If you are using Element or C4D, or you can get the 3D model of the phone into Blender (open source and free), you should be able to do that.
If you have a video of a 3D model of the phone, then Mocha AE/Corner Pin tracking and a lot of patience become the most efficient solution.

Hey i did use mocha but the video cant follow the 3D iphone whne its rotating it starts to morph and resize.

You have to set some manual keyframes, and you need additional layers that are only visible when you can see the face of the phone. If the phone turns around and shows the front 4 times you need 4 copies of the screen replacement layer and 4 different motion tracks.

If you're struggling with Rick's suggestions, it might be easier to take a different approach. AEJuice have free 2.5D phone models which you can animate. This way you'd insert your video into the placeholder precomp and wouldn't have to deal with tracking etc...
