After Effects Running Slow

After Effects is running extremely slow when playng previews. I posted screenshots that may help. I'm using a ASUS Rog Zephyrus G14 Laptop with 16GB memory and 512 SSD if that helps. It also has an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650.

Been though this on my last editing project too it's painful and 1 frame preview take like 10 sec to see, But found the solution on random old youtube video here. Let me know if it's work for you.
