After Effects Shape Layer

Can you help me?I can`t find my question in google or youtube .

So,I want to make a shape layer with a transparent background ,but I need that this transparent background overlap other objects,anything,I hope you understand me.I also put the screenshot here ,what I have.
So,in after effects should be something like the (screen 2)

You need to read the help files. You need to learn how to activate the transparency grid. You also need to learn about the lossless with Alpha preset in the output module.

If you create a shaped layer it has transparency. The only reason you are seeing black in your composition panel is that you have not turned on the transparency grid. You can also check the level of the alpha channel by observing the info panel.

These are real basic After Effects basics that you should get a handle on. Please daddy to help files and learn how to use the search help field at the top right corner of the app.

If you want one layer to cut into another, you should look into things like Track Mattes and Set Matte effects.
