After Effects Stopped Working

Hello,

All of a sudden AX wont load at all. It automatically shows the pop up of a Crash Report. I was running version 18.2 I believe and everything was fine until I tried to update to 22. It also gives me some graphics card Open GL? driver issue...

I have no idea. Uninstalling and reinstalling older versions doesn't work. No idea what happened or how to resolve this, would love HELP! Thank you

Sorry for the crash.

Could you share the crash report with us? Third-party plug-ins which are not supported by the OS or the new After Effects version could cause this issue. Try removing if you're using any of them? Also, please share a screenshot of the error that you get and your system specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS verison). It'll help us to understand the issue better.

OS - Windows 10

* it's worked fine until i updated to 22 i believe. never had an issue like this. thanks for your time and help.

ive replied 4 times. i cant use AEX at all and its very frustrasting.
